Terms, privacy & accessibility

Last updated October 7, 2026. GameDay.Fit is operated by Build Well Athletics LLC.

Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Build Well Athletics LLC, doing business as GameDay.Fit (“GameDay,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using GameDay.Fit, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and your details accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

Your training data is yours

You own what you log. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only to run GameDay.Fit, and only to the people your visibility settings allow. You can export everything at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt or overload the site, scrape it, or post unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Coaches, programs, and third-party workouts

Programs are written by the coaches, teachers, and organizations who publish them; we don't review or guarantee them. The daily CrossFit.com workout is republished with attribution from its public source. GameDay.Fit is not affiliated with or endorsed by CrossFit, LLC.

Not medical advice

GameDay.Fit tracks training; it doesn't give medical advice. Physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury. Talk with your physician before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an injury or health condition, and train within your limits.

Paid plans

Tracking your own training is free. Athlete Pro, Coach and School plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually by Build Well Athletics LLC, through our payment processor, Stripe. You pay for the seats you choose, with a minimum per plan; you can add seats at any time, and fewer seats take effect at your next renewal. Added seats are charged for the rest of the current period (on your next invoice for monthly plans, right away for annual plans). Each athlete on your private programs uses a seat: when every seat is in use, new athletes can't join until you add seats, and you can't lower your seats below the number in use. Plans renew until you cancel, which you can do at any time from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, with no partial refunds. Current prices are on our pricing section. Questions about a charge? Email buildwellathletics@gmail.com.

Changes and ending your use

You can stop using GameDay.Fit at any time. We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.

No warranties; limits of liability

GameDay.Fit is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Build Well Athletics LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what Build Well Athletics LLC, doing business as GameDay.Fit, collects and how it’s used. Questions? Email buildwellathletics@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address, username, and, if you add them, your name and profile photo.
  • Training data: the results, notes, and custom metrics you log.
  • Coaching data: programs, sessions, and rosters, if you coach.
  • Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We keep your plan, subscription status, and Stripe customer ID, never your card number.

How it's used

To run GameDay.Fit: to show your progress, share what you choose to share, and bill paid plans. And to understand how people use the site so we can improve it (see Analytics below). We don't run ads, and we don't sell or rent your information.

Who can see your training

Entries are private by default. For each entry you can choose to share it with the coaches of programs you follow, with friends, or publicly. Your profile page is only public if you turn that on in Settings. Profile photos are stored as publicly accessible images, so anyone with a photo's link can view it.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database, sign-in, and file storage), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Microsoft Clarity (site analytics). They process data on our behalf to provide those services. Netlify may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Analytics

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use GameDay.Fit, through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so we can improve it. Your training data is never recorded: the signed-in app, your account details, public profiles, and anything you type are masked. Clarity collects usage data using first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies, so it only runs if you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, or haven't chosen yet, Clarity isn't loaded at all. To learn how Microsoft collects and uses data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Cookies

GameDay.Fit uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in, plus Microsoft Clarity’s analytics cookies only if you accept them. There are no advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time.So the app works offline, your browser keeps copies of pages you’ve opened and holds results you log without a connection until they reach our servers. This stays on your device; saved pages are removed when you sign out.

Your choices

Export all of your data as CSV or JSON from Settings at any time, and edit your details there. To delete your account and its data, email buildwellathletics@gmail.com from the address on your account.

Children and schools

GameDay.Fit can be used in PE classes and youth programs. Children under 13 should use it only with the permission and involvement of a parent, guardian, or their school. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information without that consent, email buildwellathletics@gmail.com and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.

Accessibility

Build Well Athletics LLC wants GameDay.Fit to work for everyone, including people who use assistive technology.
It's designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. It supports keyboard navigation, labels every form field, announces status messages to screen readers, provides text summaries of charts, and respects your device's reduced-motion setting.
We check it with automated tools and manual review, which don’t catch everything. If something is hard to use, email buildwellathletics@gmail.com and we’ll fix it or get you the information another way.
